Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) has published a circular regarding procedures for handling hazardous shipments and the approved lists of chemical materials issued by the High Commission for Industrial Security.

Instructions
1. The updated amendments to the first, second, and third lists of chemical materials restricted for security reasons and approved by the High Commission for Industrial Security shall be implemented and complied with.
2. The amended lists attached to this circular shall supersede the lists previously attached to Saudi Ports Authority Circular No. (3) of 2020.
