NOW AVAILABLE ON ONE ECOMMERCE

Dear Valued Customer, 

Thank you for your continued support and choosing Ocean Network Express (“ONE”) to cater to your needs. 

We are pleased to announce that that ONE Finance, a new feature within ONE eCommerce portal, will be available starting September 26, 2023*.

With ONE Finance, you will be able to check the overall outstanding payment status, view and download invoices and a list of Bill of Ladings (BLs), download the Statement of Accounts (SOA), raise disputes, and view ONE’s bank details directly in the platform. Selected countries where ePayment is available, you will be redirected to the ePayment portal when making payment. 

The ONE Finance platform is available via ONE eCommerce portal under the “Finance” tab after login. If you have any questions, please contact your local finance or sales representative and we will be happy to assist. To learn more about ONE Finance, click here.
