Update on Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFS)

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Further to our initial implementation of the Emergency Fuel Surcharge (EFS) on 10 March 2026, we would like to inform you that ONE will update the EFS quantum across the following trade lanes:

Effective Date:

• Non-FMC Regulated Trades: 1 May 2026
• FMC Regulated Trades (United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii) and Canada: 1 May 2026

※Subject to any required regulatory approvals and notice periods where applicable, and will remain in effect until further notice.

Please refer to the quantum of each service scope in Appendix 1.

We will continue to monitor the evolving market  conditions and will make necessary adjustments to the surcharge as circumstances dictate. We remain committed to keeping you informed of any changes as soon as possible.
